A five-bedroom residence with the owners' suite in the attic, its own living room and en-suite bathroom. Our effort at the design stage was to reduce size by dividing volumes and give the building a traditional form whilst using modern elements.

Construction of a villa in the village of Agios Ioannis

It is situated in the village of Agios Ioannis approx. 9 km from the town of Corfu, 0,5 Km from the "Aqua land Water Park" and 2 km from the Golf Club in Ermones. It is a two-storey residence built in 2008. On the ground floor there are a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, on the first floor there are another two bedrooms with a bathroom. The house is surrounded by a landscaped garden of 4000 m2.
