Restoration of rural residence in the village of Agios Markos.

The residence is situated in the old settlement of Agios Markos, where Archaeological Law restricts building. This project included re-building of walls, construction of a replica, self-supporting roof, putting up of new floor beams and floor, as well as re-arrangement of the areas.

Villa renovation and construction of swimming pool at Perama.

A five-bedroom villa built in 1964 according to designs of well-known Swiss architects. No attempt was made to change the style of the residence but due to strain on substructure, new owners decided to renovate it completely; as well as to construct a swimming pool in the garden.

Renovation of a town apartment on the Liston

The house was fully renovated; the roof was fully reconstructed after the necessary measures for its support were taken. Today it belongs to one of the most popular Greek singers.
