This villa is located 10 km away from Corfu Town in one of the most traditional and well known villages, which is Gastouri. The house was built in 1994 close to the famous Achillion Palace.

The house is built on a 2500 m2 fenced private land. It is built on an inner domestic road 400m away from Gastouri main road, ensuring the privacy and quietness.
 
The building is separated in 2 parts, the main building and 2 individual apartments that share a common TV installation system. It is built with extra wall protection for humidity and noise, and the doors and windows are of best quality with double glass.
The ground floor of the main building is 115 m2, which houses the main living room with its own fireplace, the guest toilet and separated by 2 steps the enwalled kitchen and dining room with a fireplace.

Both systems are using gas propane, although the water boiler can operate with electricity too.
