The property comprises of two independent apartments with a front garden on the long stretched beach of Acharavi on the North Coast of Corfu.

Ground floor (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)
The ground floor apartment has just been renovated to a modern high standard.
It comprises a spacious lounge overlooking the garden and the sea with patio doors opening up to the garden, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a dining area.
One spacious bedroom on the beach side with patio doors opening up to the garden,
another bedroom with en suite bathroom is at the rear of the house with patio doors opening up to a patio.
Further there is a study with space for an extra guest bed and a further family bathroom.
 
Upper floor apartment  (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom)
This apartment comprises a sitting room-dining area with lovely sea views, fireplace, a fitted open plan kitchen. 
A spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes is situated on the beach side with patio doors opening up to a balcony overlooking the garden and the beach.
Another double bedroom is situated at the rear with a small balcony and then there is a further twin bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
 
The garden in front of the house is laid by lawn, fenced and has a gate.

Annex   (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom)
At the rear of the house there is an annex with a spacious garden. There is access from the front house but also from the large back yard. 
The annex of 40 m2 living area comprises a large open plan kitchen – dining and bathroom, 1 bedroom and a large garden of 400 m2 with the possibility to build if required or to place a pool. 

Another 200m2 of dwelling is allowed to build on this land.

Location
The beach house is located on the long beach of Acharavi just within 3 minutes walk from the centre of this family resort with a good selection of tavernas and shops.

The resort Acharavi has a long sandy pebbled beach. Ideal for families with children since the beach is gently shelving into the sea, the water is shallow and it is away from the road.

A variety of restaurants, bars, night clubs, tavernas, bank, tourist offices, shopping center, supermarkets and many other facilities are available.
Full of activities during the day and romantic during the night with a variety of places for entertainment.
