These two separate apartments are located in the center of Agios Matheos, a picturesque village with narrow winding whitewashed lanes and traditional coffee shops lining the road that are opened all year round.It is located 20 km south west of Corfu.

The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, a sitting room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
It has air-condition and a wood burner.
 
From the outside there is a staircase that gives access to the first floor airy apartment which has been totally renovated to modern standards.
It has a spacious living room with partly stone walls, wooden flooring and ceiling. There is one bedroom, a new fitted kitchen and bathroom.
 
Also with the apartments comes a parking space, something very useful in this village.

In a close distance of just 3 klms there is Paramonas, a fabulous sandy beach and a little bit more to the south there are the small and quiet beaches of Prasoudi, Kanouli, Skidi and the beautiful sweeping bay of Halikouna at the Korission Lake.
